Aspen Tap House, a new restaurant that focuses on craft beer, made-from-scratch menu items and sports, opened Monday in Mishawaka. The restaurant is an extension of regional restaurant chain Aspen Creek Grill, which currently has eight locations across Texas, Kentucky and Indiana. As we enjoyed our cocktails, a sun-kissed surfer strolled up the beach and joined us at the bar.
